We offer a range of different services including Delivery, Connection and Installation of freestanding and built-in appliances and the removal of your old appliance. We aim to be competitive when it comes to our services which is why most of this comes FREE of charge. There may be a small charge some installations or removals, but this will be made clear to you upon purchase.

Deliveries and Returns

We offer a free delivery service so that you can get the best deal possible. All of our items are checked prior to delivery to ensure they are in great condition. However, if you feel your item is not in the condition it should be we will rectify this for you either via return, exchange or refund.

Services and Support

All of the products we supply are hand selected to be the best appliances possible. We offer a range of items including exclusive products, only available to Euronics retailers. We work directly with the suppliers to help secure you the deal possible.

Warranty

All of our products come direct from the supplier with their own manufacturers guarantee. If you wish to extend this warranty then we provide our own Smartcare warranty which is provided via Retra Care. This warranty is available in 3 or 5 year protection plans.
